Terms and Conditions (for Studio Booking)

• Studio reservations must be made in advance via phone or email.
• A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of 50% payment.
• The full rental fee or deposit must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The balance is due before or on the day of the rental.
• If your usage exceeds the allotted time, an additional charge of ₹2000 per hour will apply.
• 18% GST is applicable on all bookings.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the studio (hetal@richmond-studios.com).
  • More than 7 days before the rental date: Full refund
  • 4 days before the shoot: 50% refund
  • Less than 2 days before: No refund
• Failure to arrive on the scheduled rental date will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any activities deemed dangerous or inappropriate are strictly prohibited.
• The studio is available for use between [9 am] and [9pm], unless otherwise arranged.
• The studio must be used with utmost care, and cleanliness must be maintained at all times.
• The client is responsible for any damages caused during their time in the studio. Any damages must be settled before leaving the premises on the shoot day.
• No catering or cooking is allowed inside or outside the studio. Only packed food is permitted.
• Nailing, painting, or sticking anything on the studio walls is strictly prohibited.
• If you are bringing a tempo with props or lighting equipment, please inform us at the time of booking to avoid any inconvenience.

Terms and Conditions (for Shoot Ecommerce/Campaign/Videos/Reels/Stills Booking)

• Studio reservations must be made in advance via phone or email.
• A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of 50% payment.
• Complete Shoot Stills/Video fee or deposit must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The balance is due on the day of the Shoot unless agreed otherwise.
• In case the count of product/garments increase the charges adjusted to accomdate the increase in cost
• 18% GST is applicable on all bookings.

  Creative Shoot	depends on ref starts from ₹1500/-
  Videos	with one model - from ₹2000 upward
  Reels	with one model - from ₹5000 upward
