Hetal Jobanputra-Pant is the heart and soul of Richmond Studios. With 20+ years of experience in operations and creative production, an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management, and a PMP certification, she brings a rare combination of business sharpness and genuine warmth to everything she does. Her team doesn't just follow her lead—they love working with her, and that energy shows in every shoot, every frame, and every client relationship. Over the past decade, Hetal has built Richmond Studios into one of Mumbai's most trusted visual production partners for fashion and D2C brands—where precision meets creativity and people always come first.
